services all over the world. We have done change management
consulting in the USA, Australia, Germany, Namibia, Mozambique,
Ghana, Madagascar and Botswana. Our coaching services have even
spanned a wide geographical area with the technological help of
Skype.

RETHA ELS
MA (Clinical Psychology), MBA, B.Phil, Master NLP Practitioner, ACMC (associate meta-coach),
Certificate (Group Processes Facilitation), Registered psychologist and coach.
Retha has over 20 years’ experience in Change Management and has managed several
large scale and complex Change Management initiatives, including projects in the USA
and Australia, mostly within the mining and manufacturing industries. As a change
manager she focuses mainly on supporting companies to develop change management
methodologies and as a mentor to change managers within organisations.  
As a coach she assists companies in implementing a coaching framework and acts as a
coach to individuals all over the world. She specialises in Stress Coaching as an adjunct
to Executive or Equine Assisted Coaching.  
WERNER HEINDL
MA (Industrial Psychology), BA (Hons) Psychology, BA (Hons) Industrial Psychology,
Registered psychologist.
Werner is a registered psychologist and is a founding member of the Institute of Change
Practitioners of South Africa. He has 20 years’ experience in Organisational Development
and Change Management.  Werner primarily specialises in managing large scale and
complex Change Management projects, including a Europe-based global implementation
that spanned across six continents.  He has also gained significant experience in
Organisation Development, Training & Development, Knowledge Management, Business
Process Reengineering, and Project Management.
Werner has primarily consulted in the manufacturing, mining, consumer business and
telecommunications industries. He is an outstanding conceptualiser with excellent
problem-solving skills. Werner has a passion for developing people to independently
achieve top results.
