Your commitment to us:
- You will be open, frank and honest with us at all times
- You will be on time for your appointments with us
- You will let us know immediately of any concerns you have about our work together
- You will give us all the information we need to do the work
- You will make the time available to work on the things you have agreed to work on
- You will be willing and committed to doing the work and to complete assignments in sufficient time
- You will listen to our advice, but retain the absolute right to accept or reject it
- You will give De Nova feedback about our performance if asked
- You will cheerfully pay our account on agreed terms
- Each year, you will give consideration to referring us to at least one other person or business that
you believe would benefit from working with us
Our team commitment to you:

- We will ensure confidentiality
- We will do what we say we will do
- We will use language that you can understand rather than jargon
- We will maintain regular personal contact with you during the programme
- We will plan to have team members available, even on short notice, for your needs
- We will respond promptly to your phone calls and correspondence
- We won’t keep you waiting for appointments nor take phone calls when you’re with us
- We will provide you with timely and accurate information, materials and resources
- We will design an individual plan for you and work with you on its implementation
- We will consider your well being first
