Stress Coaching
Stress and trauma are most successfully dealt with through a multi- dimensional approach focusing on where it is
stored in the body as well as the thoughts that sustain it. We therefore combine the ground breaking work of
two leading experts in their respective fields, namely:  
  • Experiential processes to deal with stressful thoughts based on The Work© of Byron Katie. For more

  • Practical tools and physical exercises to release stress/trauma stored in the cellular memories, based on

This approach has proven to be highly effective in helping groups and individuals to remove stress and find

Equine assisted coaching
Horses are prey animals and therefore finely attuned to the subtle information locked in non-verbal messages
and the non-visible emotional state of others. The horse gives feedback that helps to focus in the here, express
authentic emotions and clarify intention. Experiencing the kind of feedback a horse gives creates a powerful
learning experience to increase the client’s ability to pick up on their own subtle non-verbal clues and internal
responses/intentions towards the environment.
At the same time, to get a horse to respond, you need to be centred, calm and have an alert and reflective
state of mind to respond with creative problem solving, often from a right brain perspective (holistic, relational,
divergent, nonlinear, integrative and simultaneous). These are skills that are not usually taught yet are especially
useful in unknown and complex situations.
The coaching approach stays exactly the same as in conversational orientated coaching, except that the
individual sessions are divided into two sections.
In the first section the individual does either structured or unstructured ground activities with the horse,
facilitated by the coach. The second section is then used to process the experience and apply it to everyday life.
